Adoja features A.C, Reverse Camera as well as a battery-pack that allows 250-km (155 miles) electric drive per charge.
The optional gas-powered range-extender worth $600 gives a total 375-kilometers (233 miles) drive.
Other optional features available includes solar panels ($600), tracker ($250) and leather seats ($500).
According to the company’s brochure seen by Autojosh, the Adoja is priced from N6.7 million naira (N6,700,000).
EMVC’s lineup includes two to four wheels EVs with customized state-of-the-art battery charging solutions.
Nigeria’s Minister of Innovation Science and Technology Uche Geoffrey Nnaji recently test-drove the EMVC Adoja Electric Vehicle (EV) at the Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) Expo 2024 held in Abuja.
First unveiled in 2022, the Adoja is the flagship all-electric vehicle by Indigenous car maker, Electric Motor Vehicle Company (EMVC), designed to meet its customers every need.
“The Adoja 2.0 was created as a last mile solution to perfectly serve for taxi/ride services, individual purposes, civil servants and middle-income earners,” EMVC said in a statement.
Available in two variants : Adoja M1 and Adoja M2, the 4-wheel drive EV pack several features, including A.C, Reverse Camera, Front and Back Shock Absorber as well as a battery-pack that allows 250 kilometers (155 miles) electric drive per charge.
